SAN FRANCISCO — Intelligent surveillance and search solutions provider 3VR Security Inc. and Hi-Tech Solutions (HTS), an optical character recognition (OCR) solutions provider, have teamed up to enhance security solutions for transportation and critical infrastructure projects. The new partnership includes pairing HTS’ image processing and computer vision technologies with 3VR’s intelligent video search management platform.
HTS provides license plate recognition (LPR), image processing and computer vision technologies that have been deployed by government, private highway, airport and global port terminal operators, according to the company. Additionally, 3VR states its video search engine makes captured video uniquely searchable and immediately actionable.
