FENTON, Mo. – ABF Security Systems has enhanced its footprint in the Midwest with the acquisition of St. Louis-based Aspen Security Corp. for an undisclosed amount.

Aspen Security Corp. has been selling, installing and servicing security systems in St. Louis since 1971. The firm has annual revenue of $410,000, according to manta.com.
The firm’s owner, Steve Rubie, will remain with ABF Security in a sales role to help during the transition.

Owned by Joe and Mike Polizzi, ABF Security has been serving residential and commercial customers throughout St. Louis since 1978. The firm, which provides design and installation services for access control, fire alarm, intrusion alarm, video surveillance, PERS and other solutions, has its own UL-Listed emergency response center.

The deal fit right into ABF’s plans, according to Mike Polizzi, as the firms run similar business operations.
