ADEMCO GROUP NAMES TRACY, FORMERLY OF DETECTION SYSTEMS/RADIONICS, AS PRESIDENT OF ASC/C&K SYSTEMS
SYOSSET, N.Y.
ADEMCO Group announces that Larry Tracy has joined the company as president of ASC/C&K Systems. Most recently, Tracy was president of Detection Systems Intl. and Radionics, both divisions of Detection Systems Inc. Prior to that, Tracy was president and co-founder of C&K Systems, which he developed into one of the largest and most respected sensor companies in the world. In his position at ASC/C&K, Tracy will focus on the further growth and development of the company’s sensor business worldwide, which includes a range of glassbreak detectors, motion sensors, contacts, switches and accessories.
“I am extremely excited to join ADEMCO Group—even more so to be affiliated once again with C&K Systems,” says Tracy. “I have been given a distinct, but extremely challenging opportunity, which is to run a division of a company that’s comprised of two recently merged market leaders.” Tracy will operate from C&K System’s corporate office in Folsom, Calif. ADEMCO Group manufactures fire and burglary control systems, sensor products, access control systems and video surveillance equipment.
