ADI Brings Support Program to Canadian Dealers

MELVILLE, N.Y. — Having found success with its Systems Sales and Support program in the United States, wholesale distributor ADI has expanded the program throughout Canada to provide pre-application assistance.

Canadian dealers now have access to a team of ADI professionals to help them offer complete, integrated solutions.

“The ADI Systems Sales and Support team has been an invaluable resource for us on several important installations this past year,” says Marc Blanchard, president, Blanchard Security in Campbell River, British Columbia. “We have found their services to be effective and accurate mainly because the team genuinely understands the solutions that they offer.”

The Systems Sales and Support team is proficient in all technology areas, including A/V, IP, CCTV and access control, according to the company. An IP networking team helps build networked surveillance systems and assists with project registration, while trained A/V specialists reviews home theater requirements, recommends components for a professional rack configuration, determines audio needs based on room acoustics and offers guidance for audio and video distribution, to help both residential and commercial dealers offer total solutions.

For more than 20 years, the Systems Sales and Support team has fielded more than 1,500 calls per day, and the company hopes to bring that same success to Canada, according to Bryan Stolth, director of sales, ADI Canada.

“At ADI, we try to provide our dealers with the tools and services they need to help them grow their businesses, and we are very excited to offer this additional support to them,” says Stolth.
