ADI is teaming up with Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) to offer full-day workshops to dealers across North America. The Business Operations Makeover training gives dealers the opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience needed to thrive in today’s competitive environment.
The workshop features practical and established methods for business owners and managers, including project, resource and financial management. Attendees will be given the tools to develop an operations road map to help them successfully market their products and company.
Dealers will also learn to identify company resources and capacity, and complete projects with limited resources in a given budget and timeframe. Management techniques will be presented, and the integration of metrics to track future production will be discussed.
“The Business Operations Makeover training is a fresh new course offering for CEDIA and we are pleased to launch it in collaboration with ADI,” says Margaret Sheehan, senior director of professional development at CEDIA. “Both CEDIA and ADI are committed to providing the highest level of education to dealers to help them expand and prosper, and raise the overall standard of excellence in custom electronics.”
