ADI Expo Series Centers on Growth In Tough Economy
MELVILLE, N.Y.
The 2009 ADI Expo Series kicked off this week in Orange, Calif., with the working theme, “Shifting Gears.” The training seminars are free to all industry professionals, and offer a chance to demo the latest technology and interact with leading manufacturers and local associations. Dealers will also have an opportunity to network with their industry peers.
The Shifting Gears premise was created to help dealers move into new markets to broaden their offering and create new growth opportunities. The expo will visit 39 cities across North America, with 130 participating manufacturers.
Training seminars are provided throughout the day at each installment to help dealers increase their technical expertise. This year, ADI has added a variety of courses to get dealers involved in new market segments including home solutions, A/V, IP and more. Dealers will have an opportunity to attend more business management courses to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and maximize their profits. An open exhibit floor in the evening provides attendees with the chance to see product demonstrations and spend time with manufacturers.
“ADI is excited to kick off its 2009 Expo season and provide dealers with these free regional training events to help increase their business,” says John Sullivan, vice president of sales at ADI. “In this economic environment, it is imperative that we provide our dealers with new programs, solutions and education to help diversify their product offering and increase revenues.”
