ADI Shows Off Revamped Branch

LAS VEGAS — ADI, a leading distributor of low-voltage security products, gave Security Sales & Integration a look at its Las Vegas branch during ISC West. The new facility, designed with customers in mind, is a beta test site for a new digital signage program that ADI intends to introduce at all its 105 branches nationwide this year.

“Digital signage has gained popularity with retailers but ADI’s introduction of this technology is an industry first for the security market,” says Herb Albinus, national merchandiser, ADI.

The in-store displays deliver a customized mix of informational and advertising content such as product specials, upcoming events and expos, as well as fun industry facts, trivia and news tidbits provided by SSI. ADI works directly with vendors to design, develop, and deliver the content, which is incorporated into a continuous loop playlist that airs in stores on 40-inch LCD monitors.
