ADI has officially rolled out its first E-commerce Web site (http://www.adilink.com). Designed to allow users access to “real-time” price and inventory information, the site permits checking an order’s status, obtaining past order history and other up-to-the-minute account information. Users can search for items, view and/or order products right online, with delivery available or the option of picking the products up at any of 20 ADI branches nationwide. In addition to making customer account information more easily accessible, the new password-protected site offers industry articles and technical tips, current expo schedules and details on seminars and upcoming ADI events.
