ADS Security Enters North Carolina Market With Seaboard Security Systems Buy

ADS Security adds 2,000 residential and commercial clients as a result of acquiring Seaboard Security Systems.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – ADS Security (ADS) has added 2,000 new residential and commercial customers to its account base after acquiring Washington, N.C.-based Seaboard Security Systems for an undisclosed amount.

The latest deal, the security firm’s fifth in 2014, allows ADS to enter into the North Carolina market. The firm will now operate a branch located in Washington, N.C.

“Adding the state of North Carolina to our service area aligns perfectly with our mission of steady, smart growth across the Southeast,” ADS President and CEO John Cerasuolo says. “We patiently waited for the right opportunity in North Carolina, and Seaboard Security Systems and their outstanding team offered us the ideal entry into this market.”

Seaboard Security Systems customers will now have access to ADS’ top-notch customer care team, advanced suite of security services including mobile management and home automation technologies, proprietary UL-listed, CSAA Five Diamond Monitoring Center, and My ADS online customer portal with simple account management and bill pay.
