NASHVILLE, Tenn – ADS Security announced it has made its sixth purchase of the year, acquiring customer accounts from Branham Security of Elgin, South Carolina.
“We are so excited to have Eric and his folks join our team,” says John Cerasuolo, ADS president and CEO. “The addition of the great customers and employees of Branham Security will strengthen our presence in South Carolina and help us continue to expand across the Southeast.”
ADS opened its first South Carolina branch in 2014, with the acquisition of American Burglar and Fire Alarms. This latest acquisition will add approximately 1,100 accounts (primarily residential) to the ADS Columbia customer base.

Branham Security customers will have access to the ADS advanced suite of residential and commercial security and automation services, according to the company.
Eric Branham will be joining ADS in a consultative role and his team will be joining ADS Security. Branham Security customers are currently being introduced and welcomed to ADS.
