ADS Security Seals 5th Deal in 2016 With Acquisition in Alabama
The acquisition of Sanders Security establishes a foothold for ADS in southern Alabama.

ADS Security acquired the customer accounts of Dothan, Ala.-based Sanders Security for undisclosed terms.

Sanders Security customers will have access to the ADS advanced suite of residential and commercial security and automation services, including mobile management, smart home technologies, video surveillance and access control solutions; proprietary UL-listed, CSAA Five Diamond monitoring center located in Nashville; and My ADS customer portal with simple online account management.

It is with the knowledge that ADS Security will continue providing great service to our customers that I move on to the next stage of my life.”
The customer accounts will continue to be serviced out of the current Sanders Security office located at 1036 West Main Street in Dothan, Alabama. John Sanders and his team will be joining ADS Security. Sanders Security customers are currently being introduced and welcomed to ADS.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
