“We are a leader in intelligent and innovative networked physical security products, services and solutions,” says MSE President Mark Milam. “Joining ADT gives us a broader scale to continue delivering exceptional service and market-leading solutions to our customers.”

MSE will keep operating under its brand for the near future and Milam will continue leading MSE, joining a growing list of previous owners/operators, dubbed the “Owner’s Club” who remain at ADT, post-acquisition, to help ensure high-touch personal service to customers, according to the company.

This past August, ADT acquired leading Northwest systems integrator Protect to further strengthen its core commercial and national accounts footprint and infrastructure.
