BOCA RATON, Fla. — ADT has named Michael Geltzeiler as CFO to help drive business growth and create shareholder value.
Geltzeiler previously served as group executive vice president and CFO of NYSE Euronext. Prior to that, he served as president for school and educational services at the Reader’s Digest Association, and was the organization’s CFO and senior vice president from 2001 to 2007. He also served as CFO of marketing services, corporate controller and CFO for the EMEA region at ACNielsen Corp., and in a variety of senior finance positions both in the United States and abroad at Dun & Bradstreet.
