To raise research funds, two prominent alarm industry groups will hold a Las Vegas golf tournament and evening event in March.
The Alarm Industry Research and Educational Foundation (AIREF) and the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) will join forces for the March 30 event, scheduled one day before the start of the International Security Conference (ISC) West Expo, also in Las Vegas.
Funds raised by the two groups will provide for AIREF research on market penetration, crime displacement, sales team drive performance and law enforcement alarm response management.
Troons’-Revere Golf Club will host the tournament, and the evening event will take place at Treasure Island’s Kahunaville, featuring hors d’oeuvres, an open bar and the presentation of the Morris F. Weinstock Award and the Sara Jackson Award.
The fee for dinner and golfing is $250, and dinner alone is $100. The cost includes green fees, cart rental, lunch, transportation and the evening event.
Those interested can reach AIREF at (203) 846-8466 for more information.
