Pittsburgh, Pa.-based AlarMax Distributors Inc. has opened a full service branch in New York. The new facility is located in Bohemia (Long Island), and will be managed by Karen Behr, an industry professional with more than 20 years experience in alarm distribution sales and management.
AlarMax is an independent wholesale distributor of security, fire, CCTV, access control, home automation, sound, communication, structured wiring and telephone systems.
The company currently has 18 locations nationwide. The Bohemia facility will provide customers with a S.A.F.E. (Stored After Five, Everyday) room, which offers order pickup for AlarMax customers outside of regular business hours.
