TORONTO – AlarmForce Industries’ monitoring facility, based here, has been awarded the CSAA Five Diamond central station certification.

The designation affirms that 100% of monitoring operator staff have achieved a level of proficiency and certification by passing the CSAA central station training coursework. The comprehensive training covers virtually all phases of communications with customers, law enforcement, fire and emergency services communications centers.

“We are very proud of our staff who have demonstrated an exceptionally high degree of professionalism,” says Anthony Pizzonia, president and CEO of AlarmForce. “The Five Diamond Certification is a recognition and a true testament of our commitment to customer service excellence.”

According to CSAA, there are approximately 2,800 central stations in Canada and the U.S. Out of that number, about 150 monitoring centers have achieved the Five Diamond certification. AlarmForce provides security alarm monitoring, personal emergency response monitoring, video surveillance and related services to residential and commercial subscribers throughout Canada and the United States.
