IRVINE, Calif. – Allied Universal global chairman and CEO Steve Jones recently received the 2024 Excellence in Executive Leadership Award from California State University Fullerton’s Giles-O’Malley Center for Leadership.

Why Steve Jones Won Executive Leadership Award
Under Jones’s leadership, Allied Universal “has developed and implemented several cutting-edge technology platforms that have revolutionized the security industry, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to automate certain aspects of recruitment and hiring, as well as the implementation of security strategies,” the company announcement says.
The Excellence in Executive Leadership award recognizes outstanding Orange County or southern California executives who have demonstrated “exemplary success” in community engagement, cultural change, growth, innovation and/or strategy.
The vision of the Giles- O’Malley Center for Leadership is “to develop the leadership capacity of students and the Orange County community through education, training, and outreach,” the announcement says.
The center’s mission is “to develop leaders by planning and delivering cutting-edge curriculum and leadership development experiences to undergraduate, graduate and executive-level students, alumni and organizations in Orange County,” according to the announcement.
