BOCA RATON, Fla. — Altelix, provider of weatherproof enclosures, announces the expansion of its line of Polycarbonate+ABS enclosures with five new sizes designed to meet the demands of the security, A/V, electrical and wireless/telecom industries.
These rugged enclosures can be used to protect a wide range of equipment, including wireless and wired networking devices, solar power systems, battery back-up systems, security equipment, and building automation equipment, according to the company.
Molded out of UV resistant Polycarbonate and ABS, this industrial grade plastic is said to feature greater strength and durability than standard ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). The enclosures are weatherproof and come with a two year warranty.
The included accessory kit contains wall anchors, zip ties, wire management clips or straps, door locking key and more.
The enclosures are now available in the following sizes:
