TORRANCE, Calif. — AMAG Technology has promoted Tina Serafin as vice president of technical services.
Serafin, who joined the company in 2011, will lead the professional services department, which is dedicated to collaborating with Symmetry Authorized Resellers, end users and consultants. The department assists in the design, implementation, integration and product optimization of AMAG’s Symmetry Security Management System.
Additionally, Serafin will lead the education and training department at the firm’s technology centers, and work with her team to refine and enhance classes as the product line evolves. She will also lead the technical support team, which is dedicated to continuously improving its support processes and customer satisfaction ratings to provide the best support in the security industry.
Serafin previously worked for Lenel Systems Int’l, where she served as vice president of global services.
