APX Alarm Security Solutions Inc. has opened its second central monitoring station out of the company’s West Provo, Utah-based corporate headquarters.
The central monitoring facility will provide first response support and redundancy capabilities that will not only meet, but exceed industry service standards, according to the company.
“We’re excited to not only be monitoring from our new corporate office but to provide redundancy that will help guarantee the safety of our customers,” says APX Alarm Vice President of Operations Lindsay Grauling.
Last year, APX Alarm announced it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire operating control of a central monitoring center in St. Paul, Minn., from Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS). Following the acquisition, it completed the final step in APX Alarm becoming a nationwide, full-service residential company, with national sales, installation, customer service, technical support and monitoring managed within one organization.
