The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) has awarded a Five Diamond Certification to Scottsdale, Ariz., alarm company Safeguard Security and Communications. Safeguard is one of the less than 100 central stations in the country to receive the five-diamond rating from CSAA.
“This is an important recognition for Safeguard because it underscores our professionalism and commitment to the people and communities we serve,” says Safeguard CEO John Jennings.
According to CSAA, a station that receives a Five Diamond Certification must show proficiency in the following areas: alarm verification, emergency preparedness, working with public services such as 911 and detailed knowledge of electronic communications equipment.
