Security & Electronic Systems Association of Arizona will host its Public Safety Days Conference Sept. 19-20 in Scottsdale, offering presentations on issues specifically requested by security companies and alarm coordinators.
Stan Martin, executive director of the Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC), will speak on the first day of the event to provide a national update on efforts to stem the false dispatch quandary.
Other presentations will provide industry professionals insight on the latest technologies and helpful explanations about voice over IP (VoIP), Central Station Alarm Association’s (CSAA) new classifications for monitoring signals, identity theft, customer communication best practices and more.
