Debbie Shotwell has joined American Protective Services in Oakland, Calif., as vice president of human resources. Among her responsibilities, Shotwell will oversee the completion of the company’s new Peoplesoft human resources information system.
The company also announces the promotion of Richard A. Rieger to branch manager in San Diego. Rieger joined APS in October 1997.
