AVAD, distributor of custom home electronics, says it has entered into a distribution agreement with MIDLITE Corp., providers of low-voltage installation accessories for residential or commercial use.
The addition of MIDLITE to the AVAD roster bolsters the company’s offering of not only large electronic components, but also wares such as testing units, accessories, labeling devices and other tools.
AVAD will distribute MIDLITE’s variety of plates, connectors, wire management and other installation accessories. The partnership allows MIDLITE access to the AVAD network of more than 9,000 dealers, enabling the company to broaden its reach within the custom installation market.
“Our goal is to always provide the most reliable A/V products to our dealers,” says Bob Gartland, president of AVAD. “Adding MIDLITE to our roster of best brands allows us to continue that mission.”
AVAD will also provide dealers with MIDLITE product training, product support and prompt access to inventory at locations across the country, according to the company.
