Avery Dennison launched several additions to its Avery Photo ID System at the ASIS Int’l Seminar and Exhibits in September, including the next version of the Avery Photo ID software. Version 2.0 supports a new card reader that allows attendants to scan a visitor’s driver’s license or business card and automatically import their photo and information to a visitor profile.
Besides keeping track of visitors, the system allows for a quick printout of a temporary or permanent ID badge.
