VANCOUVER, Canada — In an effort to expand into the gaming and casino market, Avigilon has appointed Douglas Florence, CPP, as business development director of Global Gaming.
A 36-year security industry veteran, Florence served as vice president of security and surveillance at M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas where he was responsible for the management of the casino’s security, surveillance, and risk management organization. He also worked at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino as executive director of security and at the Mirage as director of surveillance.
