MIAMI — Aware Digital, a surveillance technology company, appointed two new additions to its executive team.
As COO, Mark Modica will be instrumental in building a strong financial foundation for Aware Digital in the rollout of its new surveillance product lines. He will also be involved in management, business development and sales. Prior to starting Clout Ventures, Modica held the positions of chief commercial officer and vice president of business development for video surveillance at Pivot3.
Jay Taub has been appointed vice president of engineering, responsible for various product development teams. Taub’s experience includes 20 years of design, implementation and management of large-scale global solutions in the IT and telecom industries. He also specializes in global communications for maritime very small aperture terminal (VSAT) applications.
