B&B ARMR Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrated Security Systems Inc. (ISSI), has signed a letter of intent to be the exclusive distributor of TIF Elettronica for the Americas.
TIF Elettronica srl, an Italian-based firm, was founded in 1972 and has been involved in the design and manufacturing of electromechanical and automated devices, such as the PILOMAT line of pop-up bollards that are commonly used as a form of building security based on limiting access of vehicular traffic.
