WILMINGTON, Delaware — B Safe Security, a regional provider of security and fire/life-safety systems to clients in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has acquired Diamond Electronics of Hightstown, N.J.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The purchase of Diamond Electronics gives B Safe Security a greater depth of coverage in northern New Jersey and allows the company to strengthen its commitment to serving clientele throughout the area and the entire Delaware Valley, according to an announcement.
Diamond Electronics provides intrusion, video surveillance and fire/life-safety systems. The company also specializes in audio systems and home theater, telephone systems and more, according to its website.
The acquisition was facilitated by John Colehower of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Founded in 1978, B Safe is a full-service provider of security and fire/life-safety systems to businesses, educational institutions, governments and homes. The company, based here, has more than 20,000 clients, according to the announcement.
A Platinum Honeywell Authorized Security Dealer, the company staffs NICET-certified technicians for fire alarm signaling systems and has UL certification for fire and intrusion alarm systems.
