LEXINGTON, Ky. — In an effort to bolster its presence in Kentucky, Bates Security has purchased Winchester, Ky.-based Winchester Security. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Facilitated by Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group, the deal allows Bates Security to build its commercial and residential client base. The transaction is also expected to strengthen Bates’ technical department, says Bates Security General Manager Jeremy Bates.
Additionally, Winchester staff will stay onboard to help make the merger a smooth transition.
