The Sheriff/Private Security Partnership Award recognizes a strong partnership between a Sheriff's Office and a local private sector security partner.

“For the past 12 years, Bay Alarm has been and continues to be a proud partner of the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office,” says Westphal. “Our scholarship program helps prospective law enforcement officers get the training they need to start a career of keeping the public safe.”
