Central station and alarm company software provider Bold Technologies Ltd. has broken off from the Bold Group to form an independent company. The Colorado Springs, Colo.-based company says it had “creative and strategic differences” with the Bold Group of companies that also included Bold Communications in the United Kingdom and Enai in the Netherlands.
“We simply had different goals and visions of how to take the company forward,” says Rod Coles, who has been appointed as Bold Technologies’ president. “The change makes us a stronger, more secure company that is truly able focus on the needs of our customers.”
Jerry Winslow has been named the newly independent company’s executive vice president of sales and Kurt Emanuelson will be executive vice president of development.
