FAIRPORT, N.Y. — Bosch Security Systems Inc. has appointed Sheree Usiatynski to manage the Bosch Security & Communications Training Academy. In her new role, Usiatynski will lead a team of technical trainers and instructional designers to expand Bosch’s online training and product certification offerings.
Since 2010, Usiatynski has served as the company’s manager of technical support projects. She has more than 13 years of experience in customer service and technical support teams.
The Security & Communications Training Academy currently offers 18 online training courses and tutorials, which can be viewed on demand whenever it is convenient for the customer.
