Bosch Security Systems of Fairport, N.Y., has added an intelligent tracking feature to its AutoDome 700 Series IP pan/tilt/zoom (p/t/z) cameras, available with firmware 5.51. The new feature uses the cameras’ intelligent video analysis (IVA) to monitor scenes for motion and automatically track objects moving within the camera range.
The cameras provide 360° continuous rotation, 28x or 36x optical zoom and progressive scan digital imaging. Featuring tamper-resistant aluminum housing, the IP66-rated camera operates in dusty and wet environments, according to the company.
