Bosch has consolidated its customer service and technical support departments into one office as it continues to integrate the resources of Bosch, Detection Systems, Radionics and Philips CSI. Bosch’s customer and technical teams in California and New York are now operating out of Bosch’s Fairport, N.Y., headquarters as one unit each.
Bosch says this means that a customer or contractor needing service or support for intrusion, fire and access control products have one location to turn to. The existing services for CCTV customers remain unchanged.
