Bosch Security Systems Inc., announces a redesign to its customer support initiatives with the creation of the Customer Solutions Support Team to provide service and technical support to its customer base.
Leon Chlimper, vice president, Systems, heads the new team, which pools the resources and talents of the previously independent training, technical support and applications groups.
