Based in Fairport, N.Y., Bosch Security Systems launches the FPD-7024 IP-ready fire alarm control panel. According to the company, this product delivers faster alarm reporting over local or wide area networks and reduces operating costs by eliminating the need to purchase multiple phone lines for their central station monitoring service.
The control panel has earned UL 864 9th edition listing, satisfying the latest U.S. fire regulations. The FPD-7024 offers programming directly from the built-in keypad, via a local laptop and a DX4010i RS-232 serial interface module, or remotely through a phone line or the Bosch Conettix DX4020.
