Bosch Provides New Support for Its Dealers

Bosch Security Systems is launching a new technical-support initiative for contractors and integrators in its dealer program. Those in the Bosch Certified Security Dealer (BCSD) program will now be able to access 24-hour technical support for all Bosch Security Systems products.

The new technical support works on an after-hours basis, with an answering service. A dealer or CCTV installer who calls after the normal operating hours can select an “emergency technical services” option and leave their technical quandary. They will then receive a call back from a technician within 45 minutes.

Bosch says it will make every measure to solve the technical problem, including shipping spare parts overnight.
