Bosch Security Systems Welcomes Philips CSI During Ceremony
LANCASTER, Pa.
Bosch Security Systems completed the acquisition of Philips Communication, Security & Imaging (CSI) on Oct. 25., with a flag-raising ceremony held at the CSI office in Lancaster, Pa.
“Today is a great day,” said Peter Ribinski, president and CEO of Bosch Security Systems, who attended the event. “Bosch has been very interested in making Philips part of our organization for some time. The integration of access control and intrusion with CCTV gives us a new strength in the security market. We look forward to growth and success for weeks, months and years to come.”
Philips CSI operates in 35 countries and employs 1,300 people worldwide. Bosch Security Systems currently has over 4,200 employees around the world.
