ID and safety systems maker Brady Corp. has acquired specialty printing company Temtec Inc. of Suffern, N.Y. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Temtec makes TEMPbadge ID and security products, including self-expiring badges. The company had sales of approximately $6 million in 2001.
