DALLAS — Brinks Home has announced a new agreement with True Protection that extends their partnership for another six years. The partnership is expected to drive growth for both companies and allows True Protection to expand its Texas footprint, according to an announcement.
The San Antonio-based dealership was founded in 2011 by Matthew True, president and CEO, and John Jarvis, vice president of operations.
“Matthew True and his team have been great partners for Brinks Home for a decade now,” says Wade Gibson, senior vice president, network sales, Brinks Home. “We look forward to working with True Protection as we grow and provide more customers with a best-in-class experience in home and commercial security.”
The True Protection team started the company because they felt there was a need to offer ethical, high-quality security services to families and businesses alike, True explains.
“We pride ourselves on maintaining long-lasting relationships with our customers,” True continues. “Extending our partnership with Brinks Home allows us to continue to provide Texas residents and businesses with smart security they can trust, backed by a name that is respected nationwide.”
The agreement with True Protection is the latest in a series of high-profile new contracts with top security dealers in North America, which the company states continues to transform not only the company, but the smart security industry as well.
In January, Brinks Home reached an agreement on a new long-term contract with its largest authorized dealer, Skyline Security, to extend their partnership for another five years. In March, the company announced a new agreement with Southern California-based B&D Security that extended their partnership for an additional five years.
Also in March, the company announced a brand refresh that saw it drop “security” from its moniker. You can hear execs talk about the rebranding and corporate transformation strategy, and much more in this episode of SSI‘s Security Speaking podcast.
