Brink’s Home Security is contributing security systems to Brad Pitt’s Make It Right Foundation, which was launched in December of 2007 to build 150 affordable, sustainable homes in New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward for residents impacted by Hurricane Katrina.
“We are excited to be part of the rebuilding effort for the 9th Ward in New Orleans,” says Rachel Luehrmann, Southeast regional director, Brink’s Home Security. “Providing home security will give the residents additional peace of mind and protection as homeowners return to New Orleans.”
Tom Darden, executive director of Make It Right, said the foundation relies on support from outside organizations such as Brink’s.
“On behalf of Brad Pitt and the Make It Right Foundation, we are thrilled to be part of Brink’s Home Security’s endeavors,” he says.
