Brink’s Home Security Opens Customer Care Center


Electronic security provider Brink’s Home Security Inc.
recently opened its National Customer Contact Center in
Knoxville, Tenn. The facility is being staffed by 60 full-
time employees, which is expected to grow to 300.

The new call center,

announced last April
, is expected to provide Brink’s
customers with monitoring services and the care they
deserve. From the Knoxville location, customer care
representatives will assist customers with billing
inquiries and questions about system operation and

Located in the Pellissippi Corporate Center on Hardin Valley Road, the call center will complement Brink’s Home Security’s National Support Center in Irving, Texas. The new center will provide additional call capacity and enhance backup capabilities for Brink’s.
