Brink’s Home Security Wins Back-to-Back Accolades From J.D. Power

For the second straight year, J.D. Power and Associates has
recognized Brink’s Home Security’s call center for
excellence. To be recognized in J.D. Power’s Certified Call
Center Program, the Brink’s call centers had to pass a
detailed audit that included its recruiting, training and
quality assurance capabilities.

“This accomplishment acknowledges a strong commitment from
everyone in the company to deliver an outstanding customer
service experience,” said Brink’s Home Security Senior Vice
President of Customer Operations Carole Vanyo in a
statement. “Most importantly, this is not just our opinion;
it’s the opinion of our customers.”
