Brink’s Home Security recently opened its doors to a new
state-of-the-art alarm monitoring and customer care
facility, the National Customer Contact Center (NCCC) in
Knoxville, Tenn. The NCCC is staffed with monitoring
operators and customer care specialists who are trained to
respond to alarm signals and inquiries from customers. The
new Knoxville facility covers the entire United States and
western Canada.
A ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony for the new
center was held on June 28. Among those in attendance were
Knox County Mayor Mike Regsdale, members of the Knox County
Commission, as well as representatives of the Knoxville
Chamber of Commerce.
“We selected Knoxville because of its high-quality
workforce, solid infrastructure and positive business
climate. We currently have over 150 employees in Knoxville
and will continue to expand staff levels as our business
grows,” says Brink’s Home Security President Bob Allen.
“The new facility is remarkable,” says Mayor Ragsdale. “I’m thrilled to celebrate its opening today, and happy to once again welcome Brink’s Home Security to Knox County. The company has been a pleasure to work with and will be a fantastic long-term corporate partner that provides great jobs to the citizens of Knox County.”
