Broadview Security (formerly Brink’s Home Security) has won the 2009 Consumers’ Choice Award (CCA) in the categories of Home and Business Security Alarm Systems. It was the third consecutive year Atlanta consumers selected the company for this recognition, according to the company.
The award is based on a survey of residents and businesses in greater Atlanta responding to a questionnaire on customer satisfaction.
“What makes this award unique is that recipients are selected by consumers, rather than a panel of judges,” said Jeffrey Chernoff, CCA chairman. “Based on the criteria of value, professionalism, service and any other issue they may wish to consider, respondents are asked to select the company that most merits the Consumers’ Choice Award for business excellence. Winners are identified for each industry category based on their responses.”
Consumers’ Choice Award commissioned independent research firm Survey Sampling International (SSI) to administer this year’s survey.
