VIENNA, Va. – The Central Station Alarm Association and Security Sales & Integration are seeking monitoring centers that use their CSAA Five Diamond status in creative ways to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace for the 5th annual Five Diamond Monitoring MARVEL Award program.
Launched in 2012, the MARVEL Award program aims to educate all electronic security companies on best marketing practices and encourage CSAA companies to attain the prestigious Five Diamond designation. Previously known as the Five Diamond Marketing MARVEL Award, this year’s title has been revised to more accurately depict all that the program has evolved to encompass.
“As this program has gained its legs, it has become apparent that the companies worthy of Marvel status far exceed the realm of marketing,” says SSI Editor-in-Chief/Associate Publisher Scott Goldfine, a co-founder and judge of the program. “Marketing is certainly a primary component, but it is really about recognizing the central station that epitomizes the professionalism that Five Diamond Certification embodies – and that really boils down to comprehensive excellence.”
Past winners include Engineered Protection Systems (EPS) of Grand Rapids, Mich.; Metrodial of Hicksville, N.Y.; Redwire of Tallahassee, Fla.; and COPS Monitoring of Williamstown, N.J.
Interested parties can learn more about the program or download the CSAA Five Diamond Monitoring MARVEL Award application here. The deadline for entries is April 15. The CSAA Five Diamond Monitoring Marvel Award will be presented at the Electronic Security Expo (ESX) June 8-10 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Additionally, the winning company along with runners-up will be featured in SSI‘s November issue.
