INDIANAPOLIS — Carson, a provider of remote doorman service for multifamily properties, and dormakaba, a manufacturer and distributor of electronic apartment, hotel and vacation rental door locks, announce an integration and distribution partnership.
Dormakaba’s BlueSky mobile credentials for multifamily smart door locks are now integrated into the Carson’s One-App Resident Experience app, enabling multifamily properties to operate as full-service buildings. Carson goes to market with its solutions via a network of authorized dealers.

With the integration, residents and property management staff have the ability to open doors and send mobile keys to residents, visitors and vendors, improving the resident living experience and providing added convenience, the announcement states. Carson claims the One-App Resident Experience is currently the only app in the multifamily market with this capability.
