Carter Brothers LLC has been awarded a $63,000 project from UPS, the global provider of specialized transportation and logistics services. The two-month long project will include installation of intrusion and video surveillance systems at a new UPS site in Sacramento.
Ted Brooks, Carter Brothers’ program manager for the California project management team, chose a Radionics burglar alarm system by Bosch and a video surveillance solution by GE Security.
“Submission of a competitive price and the recognition of our strong project management processes and procedures led to UPS selecting our proposals over the others,” says Steve Board, vice president of national account sales for Carter Brothers. “We targeted this project to gain an opportunity to showcase our strengths and build a long-term business partnership with UPS.”
