Cernium Corp., a provider of video analytics solutions, announces the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Reston, Va.
The 8,000-square-foot facility in Northern Virginia will include executive functions as well as engineering, marketing and sales organizations. Plans are also underway to expand Cernium’s St. Louis location from which it will provide manufacturing, operations and customer support capabilities.
According to a company statement, relocating its headquarters from St. Louis to Reston will allow Cernium to continue growing its global footprint in the security and video analytics marketplace, while strengthening its ties to the integrator and government communities in the Washington metropolitan region.
“This move, along with the refocused mission of our St. Louis operation, will enhance Cernium’s ability to serve our growing client base worldwide,” says Craig Chambers, president and CEO.
